From our premises in the United Kingdom we ship Worldwide. Our aim is to send your order upon receipt or your instruction. Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the same day if in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock. To guarantee delivery, please ensure we have proper and complete addresses. Orders are usually dispatched by courier. Delivery method will depend on the size, weight and value of the order.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will be informed promptly.
Delivery lead time will be quoted when the items are out of stock or have to be specially manufactured.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing via email and then return your product unopened and in perfect resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods on the return of the product(s) to us, provided you have returned the goods to us in their original condition and with original packaging to our Returns Address (see above) within 14 working days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods if you have been refunded. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used and or goods that have been specially manufactured for you. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
